She is also a patient, well-informed, contact lens instructor and is well versed in technical issues and knowledgeable about insurance and billing matters. Jessica M. is a high quality optometric technician. She is currently working on a doctorate in psychology, specializing in marriage and family therapy. Prior to seeing the doctor, she will gather pertinent information as well as taking retinal photographs, visual fields and the new glaucoma GDX machine. She is a skilled contact lens instructor and an excellent communicator. She has been with New View for eight years and will make your experience truly enjoyable.
